We are in the throes of the holiday season at the Met. Christmas is right around the corner and we have several catered parties over the next couple weeks. Just a reminder that we would love to cater any special events for any occasion you may have coming up as well!

On the menu…

Our foodie burger this week is a chipotle chili burger with smoky barbecue sauce and adobo slaw. The flatbread of the week is a four cheese flatbread featuring ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and white cheddar; basil and garlic.

Other specials on deck this week are a sesame bistro filet with kimchi apple slaw, wagon wheel ranch smothered pork chops with poblano gravy, and black beans and rice; a roast chicken or tofu with mango rum glaze, sweet potato risotto and carrot purée, ceremony coffee creme brûlée, and grilled oysters with tabasco leek butter.

Chef Steven also whipped up a huge pot of chicken tortilla soup to keep things warm and comfy during this chilly week.  Finally, later this week we’ll have some Pennsylvania mushroom soup as well.
